An Iowa City based business, Guns x Butter, has generously offered to donate $5.00 from each anti-trafficking t-shirt sale to the Network Against Human Trafficking. Three dollars from each donation will go to a scholarship fund for human trafficking survivors; and two dollars will support the NAHT’s anti-trafficking policy advocacy.

What is Guns x Butter?

Guns x Butter is an enterprising clothing business aspiring to enliven public engagement in current issues in politics and popular culture through creative messaging on t-shirts and other apparel. Since modern day slavery is a concern in need of public engagement, Guns x Butter has designed an “Anti Sex Slave” t-shirt to raise awareness about sex trafficking. These t-shirts are made in the U.S. and designed to raise awareness, first by serving as conversation pieces, and also by educating customers about human trafficking through a brief insert on the topic, provided by the NAHT.

Simeon Talley, the founder of Guns x Butter, is from Columbus, Ohio and now lives in Iowa City, where he is on a mission to engage the young at heart of all ages in public dialogue about how to create a more just, humane, and sustainable world for us all.

How can I get an Anti Sex Slave t-shirt?
